PvP Contest Round 2!!
Unholy Aura is hosting a PvP Event on Thursday, August 30, 2012 @ 9:00 PM CST in the Gurubashi Arena. The event winner will be the first player to successfully loot the chest in the Gurubashi Arena. The winner will be brought along for the Heroic Madness of Deathwing kill to receive the Life-Binder's Handmaiden mount.
Must be level 85.
Must have a lv 85 Horde toon available to attend our Sunday, September 2nd, 2012 kill of Heroic Madness of Deathwing.
Horde Raiders: Please check with your guild/raid in advance for clearance to attend our raid.
Please Be Aware:
To avoid phasing issues, YOU MUST EITHER COMPLETE THE ZANDALARI QUEST LINE, OR ABANDON THE QUEST YOU ARE ON to stop the phasing.
**UA will be defending the chest for the first 3 minutes of the event. Be ready!~**
Everyone is invited, and welcome to attend! We're looking forward to seeing everyone.
Post your Screen Shot of yourself looting the contents of the chest in this thread, and whisper me in game to confirm your raid date.
**Edit: To extend invitation to the Alliance. Participating Alliance players must have a lv 85 Horde Alt available to claim their prize in the event an Alliance player wins.**

I'm just curious why its invited for only horde players. More than likely alliance players will participate anyways. Majority of alliance players have horde alts. again just curious..

The Life-Binder's Handmaiden mount is not BoE. You have to attend our kill of Heroic Deathwing to qualify for receiving it.
If the Alliance have Horde lv 85 alts, they are more than welcome to participate on their Horde characters. It's a Horde wide event because we (Unholy Aura) are a Horde guild and raid, so an Alliance player can not raid with a Horde player/raid to receive the prize.
Are you asking if players can attend on their Alliance(main) toon to compete, then in the event they win, bring their Alt that is horde side to the raid for the prize?

That was pretty much what I was getting to. That is how it is handled on other realms that I have participated in. They have had both alliance and horde characters participating. and whoever wins, its their choice of which character gets the run whether it be their alt horde character in this case or whatever. They just post a screenshot of them looting the chest and receiving the contents. In the event that its not looted and despawns it is postponed until the next spawn in 3 hours.
Because when this is announced on a particularly alliance heavy realm do you expect "horde only" to arrive?
*flashback to the PvP events held by Yuk* those were always fun
When Sage says no, he means yes.
And when you say PvP, Jomall, you mean picking Sage up for a nice evening on the town.
I JUST MADE A LOVE CONNECTION.
You are welcome.
Jomall, we'll be there for the first few minutes, then letting people interested in the chest for the prize have at it.
