This is a very minor issue but I thought I'd bring it up.

I have an old battle.net that has an authenticator on that I have since lost (or deleted. It may have been mobile). I filled out the form, submitted the ID, etc and got an e-mail about the ticket being opened. The e-mail contains a link to check the status on the ticket. In order to check the status of my authenticator removal ticket, I must log in using my authenticator.
