I have found my druid to be very, very good. :)

In BG's druid's are like mages that heal. Which is fun for me since my main is a mage.

I'm loving resto druid and my gear is not to great to say the least. Like fats said though paladins are doing damage on top of great healing which is stupid in my opinion but eh whatever. I say play what you like, they all seem viable but druid would be my choice. That maybe because i'm biased due to the fact that it's my only level 85 healer and i hate leveling but still, I am having a blast.

I'm sure pallies will be at the top again. Everyone knows the president of Blizzard has a son that plays a human paladin.

Disc is very strong atm w/body and soul being available for discs as well as penance being castable while moving when glyphed. Also have a melee snare and a talent that allows for greater PW:S uptime.
Druids are a lot of fun atm too with strong healing output. Happy to be dusting off my resto :) |

8-10k LB ticks My druid alt in ilvl 389 pve gear is no wear even close to some of those numbers. 8-10k LB ticks? more like 4-5k, or do you mean crits? Tran is about 23-24k ticks, again you must mean cirts And WG ticks from about 4-2.5k the rest is close. My shaman is fun in BGs too, when my mastary kicjs in (and kicks in a lot in Bgs) I have seen my GHW can take a non tank from 10% to 100% in a single cirt, and than smart heal some else for about 40-45k (all one cast) :) |

Yep agree.

I have all of the healers for pvp purposes and i think you could pick any one of them and do decent.
Its been a good patch. :) |

My resto druid is keeping butt. I seem to be struggling as disc though (which was my main in cata). Been going oom after very short fights no matter what I change about my play style, and I've tried quite a few combinations of things now. Guess I'll just have to wait and see at 90 how things are.

I feel pretty slippery as a Disc Priest with Body+Soul, Void Tendrils and Spectral Guise. I've done a few bgs and a ton of duels, and I'm having a lot of fun. I feel sort of squishy once my shield goes down, but I can run like the wind.
I usually just play really offensively, but try to kite as much as possible. If they're really focusing me and I get a chance to, I dispel any DoTs from myself, pop Spectral Guise and sneak away to use Shadowmeld. Pop up near them for a Psychic Scream and start Smite spamming them. Penance them while moving, instant cast holy fire. If they gain on me, I Void Tendrils them and Body+Soul myself to make distance. I usually get the kill, even through warrior self-heals. So far my only problems are being stun locked or a really well timed silence, but that's just me getting outplayed. |

Paladins are pretty much as good as ever with a little bit of extra CC thrown in and an instant cast taken out (Flash Heal with Infusion of Light), doubled hands (you can use Hand of Freedom/Protection/whatnot and they have two charges, so you could even spam them - that is, if you're specced into Clemency). Druids are probably the best just because of the buffs they've gotten to their healing combined with how powerful Treeform already was and the new utility they've received (typhoon, any-form Bash, Wild Charge/Displacer Beast, and one-minute cooldown Nature's Swiftness). Who knows, though, Soul of the Forest is a really good passive healing buff that sort of adds a shamanistic/paladin-like mechanic for speeding up healing spells after casting a particular healing spell, might even be worth sacrificing treeform. Maybe not.
It's pretty hard to be taken down as a healer now, because of the imbalance from pre-90 scaling, but it's still possible by really talented players. For some reason a rogue took me to 10% almost instantly after opening on me, which really confused me. Maybe I got ninja-chaos bolted? I don't know, most of the damage I've seen coming my way has been from affliction locks and fire mages, and sometimes warriors. Burst can be very, very surprisingly strong Only that one rogue... what... |

Brief question to you priests, why are you specced into Body and Soul for springing away? why not get Angelic Feathers, since you can chain them so easily and it's so easy to put them down in your path?

I like both. Body and Soul uses 1 gcd to shield yourself + sprint away, while angelic feathers uses 2+, so in situations where you are taking a ton of damage and worry about being silenced/spell locked it may be a little more favorable. Also the talent works really well with divine insight + glyphed penance... Angelic feathers is great though, it will get a lot of use in rbgs with coordinated teams. |

Thanks for the reply. My priest isn't high enough for the talent, so I don't know if each hit from penance has a chance to proc the bubble. But if that's the case, I might just respec. |
