(A) <Mithril Web> new casual 10m guild

Hello and thank you for taking the time to read about us.
EDIT: We are level 25 & we offer Vent, 7 tabs, free mats, free repairs, & a website. Who are we? We are a brand new guild stablished by 2 returning WoW players; Damannus and Druwe. We decided to make a casual guild that will tackle current & old content, but without turning WoW into a part time job. What do we need? We are in search of good players that know their class/role by being up to date with any changes/nerfs/etc happening to their class. Those players also need to be at least informed about the current content, not nessesarily knowing the fights but at least to have an idea of what to expect on each fight. We would like all applicants to be mature, 18 or older, and to also be social. Remember this is a casual raiding guild, but we also encourage people to socialize with other guildies. About raiding. We are starting to build 2 core 10m teams. One will run tuesday/thursday 8-11 PM EST (Red Team) and the other will run wednesday/friday 8-11 PM EST (Blue Team). We will also have 1 night for an alt run as a 10m or maybe take everyone to the LFR, but this will be decided once the 2 core teams are set up. Red Team needs 2 healers and some DPS (melee or range). Blue Team needs 2 tanks. Loot rules. The loot will be easy to handle because teams will be 10m, so there won't be too many people wanting the same piece of gear. We will use a basic "need before greed" system, where if someone needs a piece then that person has top priority over someone that will use it for his off-spec, if more than 1 person need the same piece of gear then we will evaluate each players current piece and decide who will benefit the most from it. Basically we will use loot council if "Need before greed" doesn't apply. Bump, we are 20+ members, on average at least 5 active players on at most times. We would love to increase this number to keep activity in the guild. We can almost create our core 10 man team, just need a few more willing and diligent players to join our ranks. We now have all 6 bank tabs, generous guild repairs, and more. Thanks for looking!
