Guardian Druid Macro

Is it possible to create a macro that only casts healing touch if it is considered an instant cast with nature's swiftness. I don't know how to phrase this question properly. I do not have any experience with these types of macros. The purpose for this macro is so i do not accidentally leave bear form and start casting healing touch. Thanks.

To clarify it isn't able to account for server communication lag (meaning you'll still have to press it twice) but it is able to prevent issues with losing form when the lag happens.

I've always been a fan of NS for guardian an this has helped me a lot.

#showtooltip Nature's Swiftness
/run SetCVar("autoUnshift",0)
/cast nature's swiftness
/cast healing touch
/run SetCVar("autoUnshift",1)

I've also worked it into clique if ppl are interested
