Topic Recruiting - Symbiosis (A) w/Monk Challenge
Edited by Akumamanny on 9/13/12 8:20 AM (PDT)
Symbiosis 8/8H is looking for more players that will be active well into the next Xpac.
For the next two (maybe 3) weeks, we will still be raiding DS 2, 3 or even 4 times a week.
If people are interested in joining, now is a good time to try out.
Check with me to see if we have spots open, and make sure to join the channel /thelist.
We often pug from that channel first, before venturing into general/trade.
We run a Midnight run on Tuesday that is always looking for healers, a Weds group that might need a DPS or 2… and then a random weekend raid. These runs are often 4 to 5 heroics (6 if plenty of ranged).
Based on past Xpacs, we will have members burning through to 90 and gearing up, with the goal of raiding at the beginning of October.
You can also stop by the website www.symbiosis-swc.com, or do a /who symbiosis and ask for an officer.
I'm mostly interested in Rated Pet Battles, Panda tummy rub contests, skipping while holding hands, eskimo kisses, lollipop gardening, duck-duck-goose games, enthusiastic high-fiving, and air guitar karaoke.
Would I be allowed to join your guild?
Symbiosis – Monk Challenge
Here it is.
Be the first member of the guild to lvl ANY SPEC/ANY RACE of Monk to 90, and win 10K gold.
Be the second, 5K gold...and third, you get a moonkin pet.
FYI, second and third place will also get a 1K g bonus if their monk is a different spec from the winner, and 500g if different race.
- You must first lvl a raid-minded toon to 90. I want this to be fun, but not hold MOP raiding back.
- Your first 90 must be in the guild when it hits 90.
- Your Monk's "I hit lvl 30" achieve, must be after you ding 90.
(I was going to make this lvl 10, even 20, but I know people want to check them out, and getting to lvl 10 is all of lol 1 hour of work ;p)
In an effort to boost membership, I decided to post this on the realm boards.
However, new members will be subject to passing inspection, try-outs, and must stay in guild longer than 1 month (while being active).
