We are a self-sufficient, casual/progressive team that likes to run Wed-Thur, 8-10pm EST. We can provide our own mats for cauldrons and feasts used for raiding and repairs to alleviate worries about guild bank ninja looting. We are willing to join a guild at the bottom and work our way up the guild ranks, like other guildies, while raiding together as guild noobs while providing completely for ourselves. We have several existing teammates and will work to recruit any remaining spots ASAP.
We love to help our guild members and socialize. We like to keep our raids light and humorous while both learning strategies and overcoming challenging content. We also are able to help in any way with many guild services like log combat logs, gathering guild mats, websites, social media, information sharing, leveling, professions, dungeons, achievements and generally in any way we can help our guildmates.
We are very much looking forward to MoP and hope to find a guild that is welcoming and fair, that allows their teams some degree of autonomy, with a good amount of guild and raid experience to call home.
Message me if it sounds like we should inquire about your guild!
For the horde,
I sent you in game mail if you would like to talk!
If you would like to know more out about Anguish, you can check out a few of our posts
Or our guild website over at www.anguish-uldaman.com
Since you are just looking for a guild to support your raiders, this would definately be an option. We officer benefits to all our raiders, and members.
Look forward to hearing from you, or good luck if you have already found a home!
It is an almost full raid team with the RL and RA on board. We are looking for a mature guild that is friendly and helpful. A guild that is honest and upfront about their policies from the beginning. A guild that agrees that each raiding team EARNS their rewards and does not enforce mandatory 'loot sharing' with the guild leader and officers.
It would be nice to find a laid back leader who gets things done without being power hungry, malicious or overbearing. We are a pretty laid back, easy going bunch. We really just want to do our best to play the game, meet new people, have fun and enjoy the ride.
Please let me know if there are any other questions I can answer!
Thanks so much,

Curious as to what this means...
For example if someone not in that group fills in, they get lower priority on loot? We recently had a very active discussion on our forums about how to refine our loot system heading into MOP. We'll have 3 active raid groups (with potentially a 4th based on players coming back to the game), and each group is fairly autonomous. But I stress to everyone here that we're one guild, not 3. :) I also prefer that our loot policy is consistent among all groups (with the exception of one - we're trying a new system on one group, if it works, it'll be guild-wide if the majority is on board).
I'm curious as to why you're looking for a guild instead of forming your own? Are you looking for more social opportunities as well? Or you'd rather just raid without having to deal with leading a guild as well?
If you'd like, take a look at www.masochistictendencies.com. I'm a very transparent leader, and I'll be honest with any questions you have about us.
Insomnia has been in the process of trying to build a raid team for that time slot to compliment our late-night raid teams. I would love to talk to ya about the possibility.
Can check out some info on our site, insomniaofuldaman.enjin.com, and/or talk to me in game.
Our guild leader is pretty laid back, doesn't get involved unless asked. Our core groups use EPGP system, in case cross raid group mixing and such happens, but I think both of us would agree that you would be welcome to use any loot system you find best for your group. If ya ever need recruitment, I'm always at it for my raid group, theirs, PvP and guild as a whole, wouldn,t mind helping there. We have plenty of guild members who would help with alts if roster issues occur. Heh, before I make this a massive post, I can give ya more details in0game if ya wish. Hope to hear from ya.
Hopefully you have a better idea of what I'm talking about now! lol I'm pretty sure that wasn't the norm around Azeroth!
Thanks again for the info and discussion. We only improve when we seek knowledge!

While I understand the desire to join an established guild and "fun" of leading one, you might want to consider creating your own guild (or finding a level 25 guild you can take over).
The more guilds we have on Uldaman raiding, the better it is for the whole server.
Best of luck with whatever route you choose. Would love if you joined the alliance ;)
LOL.. we were alliance for 6-7? yeas up until a month ago :) Time for something new!
Thank you for the responses. After careful consideration, our team has found a new home. We really appreciate your consideration and wish you all luck in MoP!
