There's one under Wow6432Node?

Yes. Browse to Blizzard Entertainment folder, see WoW folder, delete WoW folder only.

Doesn't work. I went to LOCAL MACHINE, SOFTWARE, Wow6432Node, Blizzard Entertainment, clicked on WoW and hit delete.

Under CURRENT USER I have Blizzard Entertainment, which contains the WoW launcher and WoW.

If there is none under just Software, check HKEY CURRENT USER, SOFTWARE. There should be another Blizzard Entertainment, and with WoW keys you can delete.

Okay, I took out the disk just to make sure.

I go to Local machine>Software>Wownode>Blizzard Entertainment>Delete World of Warcraft.

Then, Current User>Software>Blizzard Entertainment>Delete WoW Launcher and WoW.

Still doesn't work.

Force run setup.exe on the DVD.

Also, go to where WoW is installed, and rename the folder to something else.

I can't rename it because of the homegroup crap.

Temporarily remove yourself from the homegroup.

Try the DVD.
