[A] Avengers recruiting for Tue and Th raids

Avengers of Azeroth is an Alliance guild looking to complete its 10m roster. The core is a group of friends that are long time avid players of WoW that decided to play together on Greymane. All have raided since Vanilla or BC.
We are looking for players to commit to our 10m raid group for the duration of MoP. Our goal is simply to defeat all the end game content (including heroics, hard and challenge modes etc). We just want competent people who know their roles, show up on time prepared, like being part of a team, and want to experience the end game content. We have a strict no drama policy. We raid Tue and Thu from 8:30 - 11:30pm EST. (Sometimes Sat starting at 11am - 3pm EST usually old content completely optional) We are looking for: 1. Mature players who have gone as far as they can without raiding and are looking for more. 2. Competent players that don't need hand holding on how to play their class. 3. Players unsatisfied with their current guild due to lack of raiding or being "on the bench". 4. Players willing to commit to the team for the duration of MoP. We dont want: 1. Elitists 2. Drama queens 3. Players with poor hardware and internet connectivity issues 4. Players with raid attendance issues.
