Dominant Racial?

i havent been keeping up with all the new jazz in Panda, but i did hear about Undead getting a new racial other than just water breathing for both pvp and pve so i wanna know is Undead now as dominant for a rogue to be as it was to be human instead? i was thinking of making my rogue an undead anyways but this new info would just help my decision even more. Thanks,

For PvE? I still think other racials are better (like troll or orc)
For PvP? I'd say yes, undead is the best. |
