Hunter Hit & Expertise Caps

Can anyone provide the exact numbers for being hit and expertise capped for both PVE & PVP.

340 rating is 1%, for both stats. So you need 2550 Hit rating and 2550 Expertise rating to be raid-capped in both stats (7.5%). Dwarfs, Trolls, and Draenei need 2210 rating to reach their respective raid caps.
If you want to determine how much rating you should have for any other situation, multiply the amount of Hit percent you need by 340. |

if you are unable to get them both capped on a hunter [until you get more upgrades] .. which is most important? Hit or Expertise?

Treat them as the same stat tbh. And you should be reforging EVERYTHING to make these caps, even crit, since Hit is point by point, until cap, the largest DPS increasing stat |

just go to wowreforge.com and it'll tell you how you should reforge everything. According to caps > Crit > haste > then cost ... It'll give you 5 different options.
