Unable to obtain pet trainer quests

I am only able to obtain pet battle related quests on the character that trained in "Battle Pet Training."
My other characters don't show it as being trained in the spellbook and can't pickup any of the quests. |

I have the same issue, but I cannot even pick them up anymore on my main character. I opened a ticket, and after 3 days of waiting, I got the standard 'Check Wowhead' reply and they closed the ticket without 1) them not contacting me in-game, even though I was on when the ticket was closed and 2) that was how I knew that wasn't the last of the quests, and I wanted to yet again tell them how I already went there.... and that it is somekind of bug.
