The Alliance PvP vendors are located at the Alliance Flight Path on the Serpent's Spine (Great Wall) -- The Lion's Redoubt, southeast of the "Terrace of Gurthan" and northeast of the "Forgotten Mire" looking at it from the Dread Wastes, and west of "Paoquan Hallow" looking at it from the Valley of the Four Winds.* The Honor Vendor's name is Hayden Christophen. Hope this helps!

*Note: NOT the Vale of Eternal Blossoms

Edit: Currently there's a problem (at least on my realm), with Horde killing the vendors, who are strategically placed in a neutral area, and are not labeled as elites.

As some of you have noticed, MMR did not reset today with the start of Season 12. This was indeed a last minute decision and we apologize for any confusion this has caused.

You do realize this will lead to teams getting high rated week 1, and camping their rating correct? Literally the EXACT same problem you guys have said multiple times you would work on a way to fix? Laughable.

now that i think about it might be a good decision. players trying to get tier and whatnot wont have to deal with as many glads in the 2100-2200 bracket

It is complete stupidity to not reset MMR for yet another season. All this has done in past seasons, and all it will continue to do, is allow people to queue the first couple weeks of the season and then rating camp for months to get titles. You are actively encouraging people to NOT play by doing this. If players have to earn back MMR, it forces them to play more than they would otherwise.

Yes, they will still camp rating once they get back to a high MMR/rating, but it will at least get people to play more overall. It is mind boggling how you manage to continually mess up such simple things Blizzard, especially when they are so easy to fix.

I seem to recall back in olden years, that when software was released with what appeared to be "bugs", the customers were told that those apparent "bugs" were in fact new, exciting, cutting-edge "features."

It's deja vu all over again. :)

man if you guys keep pissing off your customers you arent gonna have any left

first the honor gear gets nerfed after it goes live then you refuse to reset mmr which is going to lead to a broken pvp ladder on the first day of s12 after announcing it was going to be reset gg broskis

I'd rather they just admit they forgot to or they tried and it didn't work than pretend like there was any logical reason to 'decide' to not reset it.

Teams with high MMR will just climb to 2500 this week and sit there and not queue for the rest of the season, making it impossible for new teams to catch up. This has been an issue for a few seasons, and they have admitted to it being an issue. This will mean 'good' players that don't have high MMR will all be stuck in the 2k range for the rest of the season like last season when a ton of triple glad/rank 1 teams were at 1900-2100 because they didn't have high MMR going into the season.

HEAVY sigh. A new expansion and no mmr reset.. face to palm.

Why wouldn't they reset MMR? I bet it was more of a "we forgot to" than a "we decided not to last minute"
