Holy prism is the only viable choice for PvP.

For PvE, I almost exclusively prefer Light's Hammer. It outdamages ES by a lot if you can hit more than 1 target with it, and even if you are only able to hit 1 target with it, it's like 100k+ HPS for the raid, which makes it absolutely incredible to help heal during periods of intense raid damage.
