Daily freeze-up!

Sigh, it's becoming unplayable. Every day, at least once WoW just freezes up, and since I am in full screen, I can't do nothing except force off my whole computer. This is unacceptable. And because I have to do a forced shut down, the Blizz crash reported doesn't even come on. Sorry but I am really tired of this, and really discouraged.

Have you tried any of the basic troubleshooting to see if it helps?

    1. Navigate to /Applications/World of Warcraft
    2. Move the WTF, Cache and Interface folders to the desktop
    3. Now go into the Data folder and delete the Cache folder
    4. Navigate to /Users/Shared and delete the Battle.net folder
    5. Launch the World of Warcraft Launcher. Let all updates apply and hit Play when Game is up to date is displayed. Make sure you play test with no addons

Reset the permissions on your World of Warcraft folder
    1. Select the World of Warcraft folder
    2. Press Command + I
    3. In the Info box, go to the Sharing & Permissions section and click on the lock and unlock it, entering your admin password when prompted.
    4. Make sure you have Read & Write permissions
    5. Click on the Action icon (cog wheel) and select Apply to enclosed items

Repair Permissions via Disk Utility
    1. Navigate to /Applications/Utilities/ and open Disk Utility.
    2. Select the hard drive the game is installed on.
    3. Select the First Aid option.
    4. Click on the Repair Disk Permissions button.

Okay, it's done it twice more since trying your suggestions. The first time I thought it was my fault for opening the preferences panel while in flight. but this time I was just standing still in Hafill market and it froze. Locked up the computer completely except for mouse movement. I was not in full screen mode either, but the usually Mac 'quit the front app' did not work, and I had to reboot as usual.

Tried repair thingy, relaunched the game and it froze up almost immediately. I had to reboot, and I have played for an hour or so with no freeze up. This is not unusual, I can often play for a few hours after the freeze-up and reboot.

Crashed again last night. I have a theory now. Is there a possible resource sharing conflict between WoW and Firefox? I am not positive, but confident that it does not crash if I do not have Firefox running.
