Just recently came back to game after 2 year leave of absence to find most people I use to know do not play anymore. So looking for mature people during day or late night that just want to run some heroics or any group that needs to fill a melee dps spot for raid and I happen to be on. i have no raiding experience in Cata mainly cause I did not play for very long but raided in WoTLK and BC, I come prepared and repaired. We are always looking for EXCEPTIONAL players of any class. :::THINGS WE EXPECT OF YOU::: • Attendance Raiders are expected to attend all 3 raids per week and post in our MIA forum when they can not make a raid. We understand that real life issues happen and we are happy to accommodate you, as long as an officer is aware or it is posted on our MIA forum thread. If you disappear often for no apparent reason, don’t expect a raiding spot when/if you return. • Sign Up for Raid We expect all players who plan to raid to sign up on the in game calendar atleast 1 day before that nights raid. If you sign up as tentative and are online and want to raid then please change your staus from tantative to accepted and let and officer or raid leader know. • Gear pre-App All applicants should be near or at their ideal setup to directly contribute to our current content. We are interested in players who can help us raid right now. • Situational awareness, personality and effort We are forgiving of mistakes, everyone makes a mistake, but if it continuosly happens you are expected to give extra effort and fix the issue. We expect you to learn boss strats and fights. Players who raid are expected to be able to take positive criticism. You will be expected to play your class to the fullest extent of what it is capable of doing. We expect you to put in 110% effort on all progression fights. If we notice you are unable or unwilling to do this, we will bring in someone who is. If you expect to raid then we expect you to be the best raider you can be. The raid team progresses as far as the weakest player allows us in the raid group. :::THINGS YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US::: • General guild info <The Rat pack> is a well established raiding guild of mature players that frowns upon drama on Uldaman since June 2009. • Loot We distribute items via a simple roll loot System since we raid 10 man raids. This means that there is no Loot Council unless legendary, and rolls if it is an Off Spec (including PVP items, RP items, or toys) item when no Main Spec needs that piece. BOE items can be rolled on for Main Spec ONLY. • Raid Slots No raid slots are ever guaranteed, but rather performance based. If you show up consistently, perform well, and come prepared...you WILL raid. • Guild Support We provide funds for repairs as well as flasks and consumables for progression content for Core Raiders. If we ask you to wipe, wipe it - because it'll be paid for out of guild funds. Core Riaders get FREE item enchants on gear/items received from TRP raids. :::INTERESTED IN APP'ING?
