What you will need.
1 Large Burger Bun or Round Roll.
1lb Meat Ground Meat. ( Beef, Lamb, Pork, Gnome )
1 Large Portobello Cap.
Cheese ( Sliced )
Spices ( Salt/Pepper )
Mix Ground Meat with chopped Onions and Diced Pepper Bits add in breadcrumbs until easily moldable.
Remove Mushroom Stawk and shave insides if prefered with a spoon.
Add a large mound of meat into the mushroom and shape into an even shaped patty.
Grill or Bake in Oven until cooked.
Add cheese to top and grill or bake until melted.
Add to Bun, or Grill Bun till toasted.

Ok first off damn you right in the face Kiethoo for posting this and allowing me to find this at 5:30 am Secondly I will be amkign these burgers some time this week and I am curious where you got the recipe.
I am hungry and that almost sounds good.
With the cheese, the peppers, the spices, the meat and the taste of a Portobello in the first place, the last thing on your mind when you eat this will be "Eww Mushrooms!"
How people don't enjoy mushrooms is odd. As a Kid I hated them....but as a young adult suddenly I love them.
I eat them with almost everything. I even made Mushroom "Chips" once.
Mushrooms are very healthy for you. Infact a single adult sized portobellow cap contains the same healthy ingrediants as 4 whole cloves of garlic.
I make stuffed mushrooms all the time as a snack or as a meal of different sizes. But my favorite are ofcourse mushroom "burgers".....or Mushroom Meatloaf.
Infact from the cooking quest in Dalaran i got the idea to make a Mushroom Meatloaf.
Ground Meat ( Pork,Beef,Lamb. Which ever you prefer )
Spices ( Salt, Pepper, Onion Powder )
Minced Whitecap Mushrooms.
Minced Portobello Mushrooms.
Chopped Oyster Mushrooms.
[Optional: Pepper Corn Mustard.]
Mix in mixing bowl.
Place in Backing Tray, Bake until cooked to prefered consistancy.
Top with Mushroom Gravy.
Gravy ( Beef, Pork, Mushroom. You choice )
Cook in a pot until hot.
Consume and Enjoy, with a loving family member(s), with an attractive lover, or by yourself because why share something this tasty?

What you will need.
You know this reminds me of one of my favorite recipes!
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 beaten chopped humiliated and -THOROUGHLY WASHED- Orc*
*Note: if the personal hygiene of the Orcs on your realm is questionable, 1 cup of chopped nuts or additional chocolate chips make fine substitutes.
Preheat your Gnomish Easy-Bake Oven to 375 degrees.
Combine the flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl, and set aside. In a large mixing bowl beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Gradually beat in the flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and Orc pieces. Drop by heaping tablespoons onto an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake for 9-11 minutes or until golden brrown. Cool on baking sheet for two minutes, then remove to wire rack to finish cooling.
Serve withIce Cold Milk

Oh, I like mushrooms. I think they're neat.
I don't care much for the taste of a mushroom, however. I will eat everything on that but the mushroom, though.
