Pandaren Racial Bouncy

I'm not sure if this was a nerf or is a bug as I can't find any info on it anywhere, the Pandaren racial Bouncy no longer prevents you from death when you fall while being at 100% health, I didn't see this in any hotfix reports and I haven't seen any bug reports for it either.
It would be great if somebody from Blizzard would say if this is a bug or a nerf.

It never did this. It only halves the dmg you take from a fall.

It effectively allows you to fall twice as far, not survive any fall.

It did on the beta. Fall damage was capped at 100% of your maximum health no matter how far you fell, so a panda who flew all the way to the ceiling and dismounted would not die.

Maybe it was changed before it went live, I didn't see the notes, must have missed them.
This is pretty bad as monks have no way to survive a fall.. I guess I'll have to resort to engineering or something...

I haven't seen any Blizzard posts about it, but...

If it allowed you to fall from any height, I'm pretty sure that can be filed under unintended, as all other abilities that allowed that were changed before TBC (exception being slow fall abilities and total immunities). So if you now die from long falls, I would say "fixed" and not "bugged."

If you want your Pandaren to fall from any height, roll a priest (Levitate) or mage (Slow Fall, Ice Block, well-timed Blink), do the quest for Very Soft Pillow (if it is still available), or pick up Engineering (Flexweave Underlay).

For all of beta and up until a few days ago it worked exactly how it read. It no longer does that and on top of it become a worthless racial. Spell resists where better than this.
