Why are warriors so cumbersome?

They have no speed enhancements aside from charge and heroic leap.
Any ideas? |

You can use
 Glyph of Enraged Speed - also the 4 piece PVP for warriors has 70% speed buff for 3 seconds after Heroic Leap. And don't forget you can Intervene/Safeguard to your Mocking Banner to close the gap as well. (once you get your banners that is)

We don't have speed enhancements because that would be a bit OP to have that on top of all of the burst mobility we have.

I agree with why we do not have a speed buff, but wow... it sucks in low level dungeons while everyone speeds past you... usually some monk doing their roll. >.<
