so i've almost got enough conquest points to get my malevolent gladiators medallion (the one that breaks stun and all that) but i cant decide between the spirit or crit one. obviously the spirit one will give more passive regeneration but the crit will increase mana regen w/ water shield up + increase healing output.

so my fellow resto shamans, what have you picked?

Can you get to enough crit this season to make it worthwhile? I suspect no but I haven't checked. All the rank 1 restos I've armoried are shooting for max spirit by the looks of it.
