[H] <Departed> of Black Dragonflight - 25M 4/16 LFM MoP
realm: 1 25M
Departed is a 25m raiding guild that has been around since March 2010. We are actively recruiting to fill our roster with the best and most experienced players possible.
8/8 Heroic Dragon Soul
7/7 Heroic Firelands
Current Raid Schedule:
Tuesday 8:30 - 12:30 EST
Regular Progression Raid Schedule:
Tuesday 8:30 - 12:30 EST
Wednesday 8:30 - 12:30 EST
Thursday 8:30 - 12:30 EST
During progression and leveling all raid nights are mandatory for everyone.
We use EPGP as our loot system.
We are immediately seeking:
EVERYTHING FOR MOP
Any exceptional players will be considered.
What we expect:
You must have a vast knowledge of your class and play it properly (This does include min/maxing your character), and show us this via world of log parses. You must also know all current raid content and be properly gemmed, enchanted, and reforged. Also, be prepared to wipe for hours, as we are a progression guild and wiping is a large part of progression. Please note that having 2 raid relevant Professions is a MUST. We will not discuss with anyone using Gathering professions.
Trials applying for a core position are expected to have 100% attendance during the three week trial period. After a core position is earned, 85% attendance is mandatory.
No one has a guaranteed raid slot, ever, so you may be sat as a trial for some fights. If you are better than a current member you will most likely get their raid slot. The constant possibility of replacement stops people from getting stagnant with their performance.
We provide cauldrons and feasts, but you must bring your own personal potions.
We also supply enchants and gems (non-epic) for gear earned in raid.

Server: Blackrock - PvP - PST - Los Angeles Datacenter - High Pop - Horde
Guild LvL: 25
Raid Size: 10 Man
Current Progress: 2 Groups 8/8 HMs
Guild Website: http://midnightparadox.enjin.com/
Midnight Paradox does not classify ourselves as a hardcore guild, but more a relaxed progression guild. As we spend a lot of time playing this game, we want Midnight Paradox to be an environment in which we enjoy spending that time, and seeing end game content while still current. We take our guild’s social cohesion seriously, and we believe that it’s often the single most important force behind our team’s success. Hence, we’re seeking team oriented players who understand that it’s often necessary to put Guild needs before individual wants.
We have chosen to focus on 10 mans because they have proven to not only be difficult but we also feel that they stress the importance of individual performance and accountability more than their larger counterpart. We will be running a 11-15 man roster to ensure hard mode kills that require specific classes and specs. EVERYONE will get to raid. We will rotate players quickly and efficiently during loot and trash to continue pulling at a fast pace. Those who do not get to raid will run in other groups we have going.
Our current Raid schedule:
Tues - Wed 8:30pm - 11:30pm Server Time (pst)
We are always recruiting skilled and dedicated players, regardless of class. We do not accept applicants for bench spots. You will have a fair opportunity to show us what you have. Our trial period generally lasts about 2 weeks. During this period, we evaluate trial raiders based on their attitude, attendance, skill level, situational awareness, and cohesiveness with the guild as a whole. Current needs:
Raid Leading a Plus
Healers: Open (None Druid)
Melee: Open (None DK)
Suicide Kings is a loot system. This puts all members who are part of the raid group into a list in random order. From that point on, whenever a purple/token item drops, those at the top of the list can choose to "suicide", which means that they take the item and are moved to the bottom of the list. If someone "suicides" then everyone below them moves up a slot. Those who aren't in the raid, stay in the same position.
1. 18+ years old.
2. Vent & working mic.
3. Extensive raiding experience, high skill level, extensive knowledge of raiding and class mechanics, high raid awareness.
4. Able to maintain a minimum of 95% raid attendance.
5. Research every boss fight BEFORE stepping foot into it. Boss strategies will be posted in our member forums.
6. We expect you to be a member of our guild, not just someone who shows up for raids and then disappears the next 4 days. We don't expect you to spend all of your time on WoW. That's not what we are about. However, checking the guild website regularly is required, and we would prefer you make an effort to get to know your fellow guildies. The closer we are with each other, the better the team we will be.
How to Apply:
- Go to midnightparadox.enjin.com
- Read the Q & A
- Provide us with a detailed application, and do not leave any fields blank. If you do not have any of the requested items (logs, screenshot, etc) then make sure you get them before applying.
- All applications are private! Nobody from your old/current guild will be able to see it.
For Additional Information:

[Horde] Visage - Mal'Ganis 25m MOP Progression
Guild contacts - Napoku, Cruxific, Tottemz, Câmp (â=alt+131)
Visage was formed from a group of friends that wanted to raid together and so we formed in
Jan of 2012. Some of us had raided previous expansions together while some of us came
together in Cataclysm. We are a group of people that want to have a good time playing with
one another.Raiding We raid few hours a week, but we take are raid times seriously. We
strive to avoid an elitest attitude, crazy raging raid leaders.
Currently Recruiting the fallowing.
Tues, Thurs 7:15 - 10:45
Sunday optional with vote on Thursday. (If we have 20 that vote yes we raid Sunday, the 5 that vote no are not required to be there and we will fill the 5 spots for that Sunday. If we get 19 yes, then we don't raid that Sunday)
Invites go out 6:50 server. If you are going to be late it is your responsibility to get in touch with an officer.
One no call no show is a demotion to trial.
Two no call no shows is removel from the roster.
Raiders need to keep 87% attendance for a Tier.
Things that will not account for that are:
Family Emergencies (if in question talk to an officer).
2012-2013 Raid Breaks
November 20th - November 26th
December 25th - January 2nd
May 24th - May 29th
July 3rd - July 8th
Augest 31st - September 4th
We will have a competitive roster. If you are underpreforming we will
give you two weeks to fix w/e issue you have. If you do not, then
you will be demoted to trial and will have your slot filled. If you fix the issue while on trial, you will be able to get the next open slot if you're still interested.
We will be using a Loot Council for Legendary items, Tier gear, Weapons (includes off hand)
and Trinkets. Everything else will be a free roll.
Vent Communication. During the pulls the only voice speaking out will be the Raid Leader.
If there is something you need to bring to the attention of the raid, do so and when acknowledged
go back to being silent. Trash, reforming, and similar times are free to bull !@#$ with one
another. So leave the comments about Napoku failing to move till after we wipe.
There is a minimum two week trial period.
The two week trial status can be extended longer.
Trials get the hard jobs "ie linking, kiting and so forth to test them"
Trials only get loot if raiders dont need the item for MS.
Trials have to maintain 100% attendance for the trial period.
Depending on the loot table and current progression. Extending a raid lockout will be
determined solely by the officers and it will be at their discretion.
In Raid Breaks
During progression, their will be a 5 min break. On farm their will be a 10 min break
given between 9:30: 9:45. If you need to go afk, you need to let the raid leader know.
If no response from the raid lead, then let an officer know.
Hey there mate, Burn Phase is an australian weekend 25m guild, we raid 12:00am - 3.30am EST Saturdays & Sundays (you'd stay up fri/sat nights). We were 8/8H in DS25 however we moved down from 4 days a week to 2 days a week and moved from 10s to 25s in july as the guild wanted a lower commitment raid schedule and a bigger raid size, as a 10 we completed 5/5H ToC, 12/12H ICC (11/12H in 25), 11/13H T11 (10) & 7/7H T12 (10) with 8/8H in DS (10 & 25). We are a guild with a proven track record and a long raid history & we're aimed at players who do not have the time to raid 4+ nights a week or players who do not want to raid 4+ nights a week.
I'm interested in a skilled Mistweaver for MoP & Beyond. I'd like a chat with you if you're interested. As a quick note, we have not yet officially resumed raids (we resume on the 13th).
If you're interested you can check out our website & apply at Burn-Phase.com If you have any questions feel free to direct them to me via real-id/battletag (Theemail@example.com or Alemenara#1239)

Silent's Crimson Team is a 10-man group being restructured for MoP. Having been raiding in one way or another since the start of Wrath of the Lich King, this group provides a great raiding environment that is both challenging and fun. The group is heavily focused on progression using both primary and secondary toons for every member of the team allowing for diverse group comps to kill monsters quickly and efficiently. Group members are of high skill levels clearing HM content merely a couple months after release, this is something we will continue to strive for on the Crimson Team.
UPDATE: Opening weekend we are sitting at 2/6 and will be progressing further once we have a solid third healer on the roster.
Originally named Symphonia, we formed in 2008 on Turalyon's horde side. This summer, 2012, we renamed the guild to Silent after a change in leadership. We are a guild with a rich social atmosphere and broad diversity in member population and continues to grow and evolve with the many changes this game has and will undergo. We are an ever expanding and growing guild always looking for additional members. As of right now we currently have four groups pushing through current content.
Part of what has helped the guild over the years is what we ask not only from our raiders but our members in general. We look for players who possess:
An understanding of teamwork
The ability to take criticism and better themselves
If you are interested, please fill out an application with World of Logs on our website shown below.

Would have been better if we had a solid third healer on the roster. Looking forward to seeing an application.
Wolves of War is a 8/8H progression oriented guild focusing on high end gaming content. We are opening our doors to fill in a few spots in preparation for raiders Mists.
We are a mature raiding guild. With a limited amount of raid time during the week, we bring a serious play style to each one of our raid comps in order to push and down heroic content. We are not looking for anyone who is going to bring drama to this guild or plan to be carried. An app must complete a thorough application process. You must have Ventrilo and the required add-ons for raiding, as well as keep up with forum and strategy discussion. We do quite a bit of prep-work on our forums prior to encounters and discussing strategy between raid nights. We expect you to know your class inside and out.
We're looking for a special kind of player--someone who is mature and fun, but can also work their class like a pro with real focus and preparation.
Wolves will offer 2 raid teams focused on high end progression:
Team 25-Man 2 Night Thurs/Sun 10-1 Central.
Team Old Ballz: 10-Man 2 Night Tues/Sun/ 8-11 Central. (tentative)
Know your class inside and out. Be willing to learn a new role as raids dictate. Veteran raiders preferred, though extensive raiding experience on a different class/spec is still a plus. If you haven't read an EJ thread on your class, we are not for you.
Have a good attitude and carry yourself with some semblance of maturity. Sense of humor a plus. Maybe you also like long walks on the beach. We like piña coladas, and getting caught in the rain. That's OK, too.
Commit to a high attendance of 80% (1 miss every 2 weeks)with advance notice of absences except in emergencies. We try to maintain an active raid roster of 12-13 players (10-man) and 27-30 (25-Man) team; this means we almost always have a bench, and members are cycled on a rotation rather than occasionally sitting.
Have a team player focus. We have little patience for loot bickering, whining, drama, excuses, etc. Preparedness is also a major factor; being 10 minutes early with all required addons and repaired gear to each raid is expected.
What we offer
A mature, drama-free environment
Access to the guild bank for raid pots.
Free armor repairs during raids for full members
All major professions covered for access to gear, enchants, glyphs, etc.
Light raid schedule and collegial atmosphere for off-night activities
Off-night guild PvP opportunities available
Our raids are a fun time and aren't too serious to handle, so don't be shy. We take raiding seriously, but not ourselves seriously. To apply, go to Wolvesofwar.com, click on forums, register, and follow the application instructions.
If you want to talk to us, or you have any trouble with the Web site, contact one of our officers in-game: are Banak, Contagion, Bestin, Moonraker, Teniblue, Lrdscarecrow, Pokeadot and Vallayne.
