Lil help please combat spec

Hello just trying to get a lil help here for my combat spec.
Trying to figure out if combat still uses Slow main hand, fast off hand, cause i noticed in MoP Dagger speed is all same now.

Also wondering what our stat caps are now at lvl 90? Just curious cause I noticed in Cata I had ilvl of 391 and was pulling around 30-35k dps ( i kno rogues can do better but for my play style it was fine), Now i'm lvl 90 with a 435 ilvl and i'm lucky if i pull 15k dps.
I used addon reforgenator reforged all my gear according to its recommendations, and as u see on my armory it just doesn't feel right.

Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.
Thanks Valanna

For stat priority, I believe Agility > Hit&Exp to 7.5% (2500 rating) > Haste > Mastery > Crit.
If they didn't change anything from beta, that should be correct.

Other then that, Combat can now wield dual non-daggers.

Have fun.

(Please inform me if I'm mistaken.)

I reforged mastery then haste, haste doesn't seem to be a problem for me as combat so mine as well get that heavy main hand damage going.

Edit: As combat you still want a fast offhand weapon.

For combat yes, you can wield two 2.60 speed.
Well last time I checked. Like I said, last time I played a 90 rogue was in beta.

EDIT: Oh, I guess I was than.

The DPS loss is marginal, but it exists (should be < 1%). It'd matter even less when you're using blade flurry. So basically a dagger OH is still better at an equal ilvl, but a slow OH of a higher ilvl would beat it.

From EJ Combat thread:

OFFHAND ONLY: 1.8s daggers, and 2.6s axe/fist/sword/mace are exceptionally close in performance. However, 2.6s weapons appear to have a fraction of a % of an advantage. Try to keep a 1.8s dagger around for when you can't use Killing Spree optimally.

Dual 2.6's are slightly better given equal item level/stats.

Either works, but all things being equal, two 2.6's yield a little more damage.

Thanks all for the help and advice, I went with a 2.60 axe and 1.80 dagger and already I've noticed a big difference in my dps.
I went from around 15-17k to about 23-26k, I imagine with better gear, once gemmed and proper enc's I'll be back around my old 30-35k :) if not higher :)

2 2.6 weps has a slight edge on fights where you use killing spree on cooldown and especially with blade flurry(see stoneguards) the difference is small just like rolling rupture instead of just eviscerating every time(1-1.5% difference I believe). These things are for the true optimizers.
