Whenever Statue of the Ox casts Guard on a party member via Sanctuary of the Ox, the monk's personal Guard buff is removed. This is easy to test:

  • Grab a party member
  • Visit the target dummies
  • Put the Ox statue out
  • Get 2 chi (keg smash the dummy, use chi brew, etc)
  • Cast Guard
  • Keep attacking the dummy until Sanctuary of the Ox triggers
  • Bug: Guard will fall off the monk, no matter how much duration it has remaining
