Me and a couple buddies just transferred over a few days ago due to our abnormal schedules here in the U.S. With that being said we are looking to start raiding, not your typical devote my life to raiding type of schedule.
We are looking to put together a group of solid players that are willing to sit down for a few hours twice a week and progress. I feel even 3 nights a week can end up being taxing and if you're not careful you will eventually burn out.
So, a little more info, the nights we are going to raid have not yet been decided but I believe the times will be around 6-7pm server time and probably be for 3 hours a night. Before you even consider showing interest you must keep in mind that with such little time devoted to raiding you must show up ready to raid in every sense of the word. Consumables, snacks/drinks, ready to give your devoted attention for the alotted time.
I've put together and led groups before, the way I like to lead them is laid back and fun. Raiding should be like hanging out with friends and be enjoyable. When it reaches that point you realize that nine other people are counting on you and you should care a little bit more.
So, if this interests you or you have any questions feel free to post here or whisper me in game. Casey#1702
