I don't know how guildies already with multiple 90s endure it. My first alt just hit 87. Questing as Elemental while waiting for a queue to heal seems sufficiently not-impractical while it keeps me sane. It'll either take long enough to maintain rested XP, or else I'll trade off sessions with my priest.
My Shaman felt like it took twice as long as my Priest, it was awful. I want to level my Warlock now, and I can't even force myself to do to Jade Forest again. I'm not sure how I'm going to also level my Mage, Druid, Death Knight, and Monk (got some time on her though, she's only 66 right now).
Get in a leveling zergy guild with perks. Log out in inns.
I have yet to finish the quests in any zone after doing 85-90 3 1/2 times.
Leave each zone after you level and begin the next.
Queue for instances when you get new ones for quests and weapons.
It's horrible but people who think it takes more than 4 hours per level are clearly doing something wrong.

1-Get full rested XP.
This is not really the case. Quest grinding is faster than dungeons in MoP. You should do each dungeon at least once while leveling for the quests and quest rewards. Past that, you're actually slowing yourself down and using up your rest that could be spent on killing quest mobs.
I generally do each dungeon 2-4 times while leveling just to break it up a bit, and if you don't have a twink weapon, a 435/450 from one of the 87 dungeons can help a lot.
