Under this ruling I could name a toon "yousukdik" in reference to saying my friend Richard, nicknamed Dick, sucks. Some things are just not appropriate gaming behavior.

Finally taken care of lol. Like 500 complaints from as many people later... The same day Gaybuttsex the bank toon was removed, coincidentally. Still tons of both listed on battle.net though. Le sigh.
