Greetings Uldaman,
Cooler Cats is looking for a few people to fill our core raid spots! We are a former hardcore raiding guild with a fresh new outlook on content. We bring the hardcore raiding attitude to a more laid back and friendly environment. We are always cracking jokes and pushing the boundaries of political correctness. If you are thin-skinned and easily offended, you will not last in Cooler Cats. We are always looking for skilled players that come prepared to raid. To that end, coming to a new guild and not knowing any of the fights, not knowing what gear you need, etc... not a strong impression :) If you cannot take the time to familiarize yourself with upcoming encounters in current content, you will not last as a raider in Cooler Cats. We have a short progression raid schedule, Thursday & Saturday 8:30-11pm EST, so we value efficiency very highly. Because of our condensed schedule, recruits are expected to have high attendance in order to be successful as a Raider. If you constantly miss scheduled raids without informing an officer or posting on the forum, you will not last as a raider in Cooler Cats. We use a loot council to distribute loot. We consider attendance, performance, and need when deciding how loot is distributed. We do not play favorites nor do we tolerate loot-whoring whiners. If you play WoW for epics rather than progression, you will not last in Cooler Cats. Above all, we value the friendships in the guild. Many of us play games other than WoW with each other and are real-life friends. That is VERY important to the members of this guild. If you are a drama magnet, you will not last in Cooler Cats.
