Don't miss this many-times-in-a-lifetime chance to have fun with some swarthy mother-expletives in <MAGIC GLADIATOR>, the preeminent pelagic plaid-iators of Maelstrom! Our current progression level is Guardians and Feng in MSV (months behind, woo!). We raid every Saturday from 730pm until we're too drunk to see our screens, and we need some more DPS. Additionally, we're always accepting of any new members who enjoy a fun, casual environment with occasional heavy bromantic petting. We try to keep our idiot quotient as low as possible. We don't have any strict requirements for raid-readiness, but common sense is a highly-prized attribute. I'm told it's not that hard to pull decent DPS these days (although I'm a healer, what do I know?). Raid loot is /roll, but if you get an item, you probably shouldn't roll on anything else that night. We also do stuff for each other, like this one time I almost did Velyne's homework for him (but then I got too lazy). And I cut gems for people, and stuff. It's just a really collaborative environment. Megan's Law requires us to inform you that prospective members under age 18 are strongly discouraged from applying. Our core group is 25+. If you don't have an adult sense of humor, you're unlikely to fit in. We're looking to fill out our raid group, as well as any new members who are a good fit. My current guild does not look like they are going to be raiding this x-pac so I would be interested. I just hit 90 not too long ago so I am not quite raid ready but I am willing to put in the time to get there before the 3rd.

Maelstrom can't even raid 25 mans. I lol'd. Not a single HEROIC KILL on 25 man...this realm can't even kill a single boss.

Maelstrom can't even raid 25 mans. I lol'd. Not a single HEROIC KILL on 25 man...this realm can't even kill a single boss. He did it twice in one night. Several times. We chose this man to tank for us in T11. We made a bad choice. |

I'm a ranged cloth dps. I'll join on the condition that you are actually casual about raiding. I'm mostly pvp-geared, but I know my class mechanics in-and-out, take direction well, bring goodies to raids (alchemy + fun stuff), and am generally a cool dude.
