Are all members expected to participate in a bit of each, or do you take members who are PVE-only/RP-only?
Also, I see above that the foremost goal for PVE is to gear people in heroics, take a stab at LFR, then move on to "getting raids on farm." Since you said you are looking to form a 10 man team, that includes normal modes and not just LFR, yes?

Nothing is required except for respect for the members. I don't mean grovelling or you'll be put beneath them. Just try not to cause problems. We understand a difference of opinion, so if there is a minor scuffle, you won't get kicked off the bat and instead probably whispered in a civil fashion. Otherwise, you are not expected to raid. In fact, we have members in our guild who are solely for RPing, which we encourage, and some people simply for raiding, which we also encourage.
Another requirement (and this is more or less of a respect thing than anything): If you sign up for an event with the guild on the calendar and do not show, that won't gain you any favor. We'll discuss the issue with you. If it's a plausible reason, we'll excuse it. If it happens again, we'll stop inviting you to raid with us since you're simply unreliable. Otherwise, if you don't sign up for the event? No problem! In fact, if you don't sign up, and you're on anyways, and we have space? You'll get in. We just take those who signed up and are there as priority.
Our 'Core group' is for 10 man. We encourage guild mates to group together for LFR, but it's not required or even scheduled. Do it at your leisure, we won't get upset in the slightest. However, we are looking to do a full guild, 10 man run as soon as possible. Until then, we will try to pick up people to fill in the holes for our guild runs.
Threats of violence. We take these seriously and will alert the proper authorities.
Harassing or discriminatory language. This will not be tolerated.
