That quest where a Hordie is carried aloft by a chopper to drop bombs on Hozen? I am pretty sure the mechanics on it are completely backwards.

You have two powers. One is targeted and recharges quickly. One is a AOE and recharges really slowly.

OK, here's the deal: it's backwards. The single target one should be spammable. The big AOE bomb that recharges slowly should be the targeted one.

All other similar quests do it that way, for good reason. The way it is now, the Big bomb can not be targeted to groups of mobs, and you might randomly kill only one Hozen with the slow recharge thing. Does that seem right to you?

Strongly suggest you guys revisit the mechanics on that quest.
