I recently upgraded my graphics card to a Geforce 660 2GB Superclocked... and my FPS is roughly the same as the factory video card that came with the computer itself. I'm funning an i7, 8 cores, and per my Windows score, everything is showing at 7.3, except my HDD, which is hitting the 5.4 rating.
Wondering if my 600w Power Supply is the issue, or something else with the NVidia options outside of the game. Any suggestions? At work right now so wondering if I need to check power settings to make they're set to max performance power option.
