It's not a good deal when HD 7850 is $150 after rebates

Perhaps, but you know my position; I go straight best bang for the buck. If I recommended a 560 Ti as it is, that would be like this situation:

Special Black Friday sale!

(assume for this example, both cars have same gas mileage and maintenance price)

New Toyota Camry for $19k
New loaded BMW 5 series for $19k

Now, do you really want a Camry? Only if you don't want to ride a BMW, and I can't bring myself to tell people "Don't buy a BMW, they break down a lot. Buy a Camry instead!"

Perhaps, but it's still ahead.

Sure, I will add it.

How's Asus P8z77-v lk SLI motherboard compare to MSI Z77A-GD65 1155? NCIX has the Asus paired with the 3570k for $50 less then the MSI and 3570k on newegg (not considering the $20 gift card)?

The Z77A-GD65 is a higher-end motherboard than P8Z77-V LK in that:

GD65 has higher amount of phases (8+2+1+1), P8Z77-V LK has (4+1+1) -- this directly translates better / more stable CPU OC with GD65

GD65 supports Tri-SLi / Tri-XFire proper (P8Z77-V LK can do that too, but third card is gimped in speed)

GD65 has 2 more SATA III ports

GD65 supports faster DDR3-2667 RAM, but who's going to buy that?

GD65 has slightly higher-end integrated audio

GD65 has Intel ethernet rather than Realtek

GD65 has 2 more USB 2 ports but 2 less USB 3 ports in the rear. Also supports 2 less USB 2.0 onboard

"Don't buy a BMW, they break down a lot. Buy a Camry instead!"

More like, "Don't buy a BMW, the manual is in Sanskrit and the wheels could fall off at any second."

Ugh, hard decision. Not going to do anything over minor overclocking, so hard to choose between the two. thanks though.

They also have the 3570k paired with Gigabyte Z77-D3H for $330. Decisions, decisions...

Edit: Also, do you have a recommended model of 7950 to get? I was going to get the HIS one but the MSI is only $5 more. It looks like the HIS one would funnel hot air out the back vent better, but I don't really know anything about these things.

Can you link those two graphics cards?

Yeah, the HIS uses improved design from stock reference fan design AMD uses (vapor chamber, hot air is pushed out from the back), while MSI blows hot air into the case.

Although, it's not fair to single out MSI; pretty much most custom fan designs blow air into the case.

Some of these items are sold out. I replaced them with comparable deals from other sites, or have removed it entirely.

Of particular note is OCZ Agility 4's price, as well as XFX Double D Radeon HD 7970 -- for whopping $340.

I'm guessing that's a good price on the 7970? Was going to go for the 7950, but if it's enough of a price difference, I don't mind paying $40 more. To the benchmarks!

HD 7970 for $340 is insane, normal price for these cards are $400.

It's a Double D edition too, not cheap !@# versions.
