Problem number one: got feed for EU character, listed below. There is lastmodified TS 1353444040000, and last achievement's TS 1353499920000 and achievement's TS is greater. If i request this feed with if-modified-since, i'll get not modified anser, right? but it's not true.

Also, in achievements section for this character I can't find criterias for this boss. I can see achievements in feed, in achievements list but not in criterias. (Boss killed recently). Why?
Does feed data and criterias data synced differently between game and armory? On loggin?

In this case i've looked for criterias 20309 and 20396 that character should have.

Forgot to say, that criterias will appear, but after some time.

Also, some progressing criterias has no creation TS. Only CriteriaTimestamp, which is setted to creation.

That timestamp issue sounds like a bug in the feed - just checked the data I collect and I see the same issue, feed/news items with dates after the lastModified date.

In the example I looked at, it was "account" related things, earned on a different character - but yours does not look like that case.

Unless... we should be using the realworld time that we last requested as the value into If-Modified...
