Been looking around and i can't seem to find a staff with spirit on it. Is their no healing staff out there atm?

Siege of Niuzao Temple has a Spirit staff off the last boss.

I see you are an scribe. You can make a lovely 476 starter Staff that is BOA. I have mine equipped now.

Although, while we're on the topic, there's also a spirit mace from Raigonn, the last boss of the Gate of the Setting Sun. You can use that with an inscription offhand.
