Can I run graphics on Ultra with this PC?

Hello I'm looking for someone tech savy that can tell me, if I can run graphics on ultra and still have decent FPS. I'm looking to buy this computer. Heres the specs,
Intel Quad core I7 @ 2.93 Ghz 8GB system Ram 500 GB hard drive CD/DVD writer NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti Graphics Card w/ 2048 MB dedicated graphics memory Please respond if you think this maybe a good buy, and will run wow on ultra. Ty in advance for help. |

i would just make sure since u would have plenty of ram, the next option is to research the video card in the cp an make sure its the best one, problem if its a laptop u cant change it,

"NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti Graphics Card w/ 2048 MB dedicated graphics memory" As far as Im aware that should run Ultra no problem. I run ultra and my computer is pushing 4 gb of ram and only 1gb dedicated to the Radeon 5770 GPU.. |
