Could anyone tell me if you buy the build vendor items then later on down the road have to leave the guild do you lose those items ?

You don't lose the items when you leave the guild.
Items that previously had your guilds logo on them will be blank until you join a new guild though.

Ex : Renowned Guild Tabard or the flag that you hold when you mount on Reins of the Golden King

You will lose the guild perks though until you join another guild. And if that guild is lower level, you will have to help the new guild build up their level until you can get the perks again.
