Dungeon Quest: Lord of the Shado-Pan

My first time in Shado Pan Monestary Dungeon on this character (Lynnra-Sentinels).
Upon the defeat of the endboss, seen for one second, Taran Zhu had a golden question mark above his head. Before I could talk to him, the question mark was gone, and I saw no where to turn in this quest. Another mage in the same party, expressed that they too could not turn in the quest. Looking at my quest log (when it was down to the two of us in the party) I saw the number that indicated another member of my party was also on thie quest. The quest showed as incomplete (said "Dungeon" where I expected to see "Completed"). I do not know the exact timing, but it seems that upon the departure of other players in our group, is when the question mark above Taran's head went away. I'm stumped. I'm not sure where I went wrong, or if it was something in the game that hiccupped, or what. I just know, I was staring at the NPC, me and a mage, both puzzled at why we could not claim our quest reward, after we (the group of five) took down the endboss (Taran does not die, he just turns friendly). I shall be requeuing for this dungeon, to get that quest reward helm, which is an upgrade for this toon at this time. ___________________ TL;DR I'm unsure why completing Shado-Pan Monestary, did not complete my quest. |

Same thing is happening on my warlock. I did the dungeon twice now with no complete. It looks like Taran Zhu and Master Snowdrift are not completing their RP. Zhul does not walk over to where the question mark is on the minimap (front of the pagoda); both npcs remain kneeling where Zhul was defeated.
