I find that my templars verdict hits for the same damage or sometimes less when i have inquisition up.
I have tested this on the 90 dummy from behind and it doesnt seem to increase the damage of this ability as it is suppose to have a percentage of its damage as holy damage come from our mastery.
Can anyone else confirm this?

TV is weapon damage. As such it isn't directly affected by inquisition. What IS affected, however, is the mastery proc (hand of light) which does have increased damage.

Stuff that benefits directly from inq are spells like DS, Exo, HotR wave etc.

Everything but auto attacks, CS, TV, and the 20% weapon damage from the first target of HotR

TV deals physical damage, so it is unaffected by Inq.

Hand of Light is a separate hit, it doesn't convert part of TV's damage to holy, it adds extra damage on top. And it is affected by Inq.

For example, a 100k TV with 30% mastery:
100k TV, 30k Hand of Light hit
With Inq: 100k TV, 39k Hand of Light hit
