After years of playing my boomkin as my main or as a very close alt, I've finally become completely disenhearted about what Blizzard has done to them. Balance dps is pitiful outside of burst. We struggle to stay ahead of the tanks and can easily fall behind them when there is movement to be done in the raid. Our eclipse system does not properly add lunar/solar enery on Starsurge procs and our dots are little more than wet noodles. Mushrooms are a joke unless you can set up before a pull and then only good for the initial pull. They are too clunky ans useless after a fight begins. Starsurge procs are too low. Our class is built around crit, yet we have no type of crit enhancement and struggle to have enough crit to be anywhere close useful without killing our haste. If we reforge our haste, then our already extremely long Starfire cast takes forever and becomes almost useless on movement fights.

Blizzard needs to give balance a natural crit buff or bring back the talent that makes our crits give us haste. Or, they could 1. bump the Starsurge proc rate a little 2. make our Starsurge a cleave 3. actually increase our dot damage to a realistic level

The simpliest answer to it is still crit. Our whole class is based on crit. Crit increases our dot times and procs our Starsurge.

In the mean time, i guess my druid will just sit idly by while I play one of my other toons that isn't broken and is still competitive with other dps.

Another thing.... our Starsurge procs don't always properly add Lunar/Solar enrgy if they are cast at the completion of a hardcast Starfire or Wrath. Might help the rotation if I didn't have to make extra casts to get to the next Eclipse.

shows them middle of the pack. just because you're not good at it doesn't mean they suck. :/

don't pull the "guilds would rather take better classes" card please. your guild is clearly not cutting edge so using things that top 10 guilds do (stacking classes) doesn't really apply to you at all.

Try having your damage based around Executes.

I CAN'T CRY HARD ENOUGH BECAUSE SOMEONE ISN'T HAPPY WITH THEIR CLASS' FUNCTIONALITY, THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE IN THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD ... OF WARCRAFT.

So someone comes on the forums, underused as they are already, and you guys run him into the ground? You guys should really stop and consider how this makes us look. Berser, if you'd like you can whisper me in-game and I can help you with your stats and rotations to see if that might up your effective dps a bit.
