The repair tool is located in the launcher's "Help" menu located in the top left corner. Are you able to get to it? ______________________________________________________ I'm available Monday through Friday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information |

Go into your ProgramData/Battle.net/Agent folder. What Agent folders do you have there? ______________________________________________________ I'm available Monday through Friday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information |

You have an old agent and possibly an old launcher.
If you do not have the current versions of Agent and the Blizzard Launcher mentioned in the previous post, you can download them from the following links: Hope that helps your problem |

1682 is an old version of the Blizzard Launcher. It should be on 1949. Is 1682 the version that you got from the link in the post I linked you? ______________________________________________________ I'm available Monday through Friday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information |

The link also included the newer 1949 version of the launcher. Delete the Blizzard Launcher.1682 folder and replace it with the Blizzard Launcher.1949 folder. ______________________________________________________ I'm available Monday through Friday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information |

OK, just go ahead and delete the ProgramData/Battle.net folder and try running one of your other Blizzard games instead. That might help the launcher update properly. ______________________________________________________ I'm available Monday through Friday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information |

Try this: 1. Delete the Battle.net folder located in the ProgramData folder. 2. Delete the Battle.net folder located in the Programdata/Blizzard Entertainment folder. 3. Navigate to the World of Warcraft folder and delete the WoW.tfil, WoW.mfil, WoW.pfil, and the Updates folder. 4. Navigate into the World of Warcraft/Data folder and delete the Cache folder Try launching the game again and let me know what happens. ______________________________________________________ I'm available Monday through Friday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information |

I just thought I would share some info with everyone today. Last night I installed AVG PC tuneup, to do some Quick Registry cleanups, and to delete the dumb youtube download speed limiter that not many people know about. anyways, It (avg tuneup) recommended me to defrag my disks.. and to turn off a few services such as smart card services secondary logon service a few other services... ----- diablo 3 and [wow] was on while I did all of this. then I shut my computer off... wake up today turn it on.. for world of warcraft and diablo 3.... i kept getting stuck [Look @ that picture] i was like... wtf... deleted some chache stuff ect... then I went to upload that picture to imgur .com ... couldn't even upload the picture , i was like wtf... apparently IF you disable/turn off the "Secondary logon" service It disables a few main administration things, which most games/programs/websites Need to access... I am not a high tech person, but I am just giving basic info that I have experienced. --------------------- also other things it could be. Blizzards website/server could be down. Bad hard drive. Loose hard drive cable. |
