DxDiag doesn't tell us your PSU, you have to manually open up your computer case and look inside.

But depending on budget/psu
amd cards are the recommended cards when you're on a budget.

Radeon 7750 is if you have low watt PSU not really recommended but if will be a lot better than what you currently have

Radeon 7770 is the next thing. 100-120ish recommended if you have resolution below 1920 x 1080

7850/7870 is the most you ever need as it is overkill but this ranges between the 150-250 area *depending on cards and sales*

i have a 400 psu. Are you sure a 7750 my motherboard will be able to support.?

edit: all im trying to do is make wow more pleasurable during raids and get a bit higher fps. Currently looking at a radeon 6450 for like $50. I have a 3600 and only get like 20 fps on lowest settings, so im assuming that card would let me play alot more stable?

As long as your motherboard has a pci express x16

http://karbosguide.com/books/pcarchitecture/images/828.jpg
The black one is what a pci express x16 looks like

Don't worry about the card saying pci express 3.0 or 2.0
And no don't get a 6450, 7750 if you must go for a low end card.

It would certainly be an upgrade, but the price is terrible. You should spend 25-30 dollars to get a 6450.

For 50 bucks, you could get a 6670, maybe even a 6750 or 6770.

Or if you want to go Nvidia, you could get a 630 or 640 with a rebate, or a 540/550 with some looking.

hows that looking. only 20 bucks after rebate vs $40 for the other.. Reviews guy had 350 psu and he is fine. Note this card and computer will only be used for 3 months ish. I guess what im asking is will this upgrade be pretty big in terms of solely playing wow during raids.

if my psu can handle the 2nd one, ill buy that one. I know my psu is 400watt, but tomorrow morning ill get the exact brand and everything. Thanks alot guys for the replys:)

Certainly a better price, though a very minimal upgrade. Still, if you're just looking for something cheap, it's hardly a huge amount of money.

This NCIX deal might be better:

This power supply is extremely poor. It barely provides needed amps for HD 7770, but you can try if you really want to.

6450 is way weak. And no, that won't play WoW good.
Minimum recommended is HD 7750

40 bucks for that card isn't worth it.

You'd be better off checking with local computer shops, Craigslist, and thrift shops.
