Everytime I launch my World of Warcraft launcher this message pops up. I have to double click on the WoW icon again for it to actually open up, this has been happening since this morning, didnt have a problem with it last night.

Let's try deleting the Battle.net cache, and see how that goes.

Can you check your hard drive for errors, and defragment it?

Let's try a Selective Startup.

Can you stay in a Selective Startup, and list the Running Tasks and Services?

Hit the Windows key + R, and type:
msinfo32
Then hit Enter or Ok.

This will bring up System Information.

Click on the + sign next to Software Environments
Click on Running Tasks
Click on one item on the right side
Click on Edit, and then Select All (Or hit Ctrl-A)
Click on Edit, and the Copy (Or hit Ctrl-C)

Then Paste everything into a reply.

Then click on Services
Click on one item on the right side
Click on Edit, and then Select All (Or hit Ctrl-A)
Click on Edit, and the Copy (Or hit Ctrl-C)

Paste everything into the post, select and highlight everything you just pasted, and hit the "pre" button (It says "Code Blocks" when you hover your mouse over it). That'll make the information much more readable.

Norton Security Suite N360 Stopped Disabled Own Process "c:\program files (x86)\norton security suite\engine\20.2.0.19\ccsvchst.exe" /s "n360" /m "c:\program files (x86)\norton security suite\engine\20.2.0.19\dimaster.dll" /prefetch:1 Normal LocalSystem 0

As a test, would you be able to uninstall Norton just for now? Norton has a removal tool.

Then I'd test out WoW, and reinstall Norton afterwards.
