So I've been wanting to name a belf paladin Tarenar but it's currently taken on this server by a lv9 belf hunter that has not been touched in ages. I petitioned to Blizzard for the name but they said the account was active and they would not free up the name for my use.

Because the toon is under lv10, is not part of a guild, and has never posted on the forums, I cannot track down their main. If anyone has any leads on the account holding the name, I would appreciate hearing from you. Thanks in advance.
