I miss a bit of the raiding game, a solid team-based challenge itch that the Raid Finder certainly doesn't scratch. I don't care for heavy-progression oriented stuff, but I still like to be competent and successful when it comes around.
I'd also dig finding a static group to do the 5-man Challenge modes with, folks who enjoy pushing themselves, even if that's outside-of-a-guild-thing, send me an in-game mail and maybe we can get a group rollin'.
-Availability: M-F 7pm-Midnight-Pacific time, Free Weekends. High Attendance.
-Very drama-free. I'm in it for the encounter and good times, not the loot.
-Tanked pretty much every pre-Firelands encounter in the game (kinda stopped "real" raiding around then).
-So far in Pandaria I've only done the Raid Finder, average ~50k dps.
-Prefer tanking over dps'ing, but happy doing either (Happy to heal if we're ever given a third spec, but I dread constantly re-speccing).
-Will leave if it's not a good fit on both sides. A guild's family that you spend a lot of time with, it's an important decision and don't think people should feel obligated to stay if personalities clash with a number of members in the first week.
-2-3 raid days a week (or at least that's all I would be obligated to) during fitting times.
-Happy people that enjoy spending their time together.
-Able to laugh and have fun on vent, while still being successful and not getting all "srsbznz" about it all the time (this is why I prefer 10's over 25's, 25 people on vent isn't fun).
-I don't care about your guild level or current progression.
-I'll probably leave if I hear anyone say "Cool story bro". These sorts of people deserve the ignore list of the internet and make gamers look like !@#$%^-s. (Naturally by saying that I'm inviting sometroll to reply with that, good job, yer so damn funny and clever and super-cool.)
Thanks for the kind words guys.
I'll give this another week or so, if nothing comes from this post then I'll make another post for putting together a steady pug group for other folks who might be in the same boat I am.
Also your name is the wrong color. Someone stole your brown.
Tenthul has put aside his ragey warrior ways and embraced the calming lifestyle of a Monk. He quite enjoys it =)
Hit up Unkle, Shatterhand or Magritta from Grounding Totem- good peeps and are looking for a tank currently.
So derp ... I'm blind and didn't realize that you put the [H] AND are Tauren. Well, if you're looking to faction swap! Just consider this a free bump! <3

Tenthul I'd definitely be down for an organized pug experience. I'm in a similar boat with you being more or less bored by the whole LFR experience. OI (formerly The Free Legion) leadership doesn't have any raid plans or long-term interest in running guild raids beyond LFR at this point. If a multi-guild conglomerate forms for normal/heroic raids, I'd love to participate and might be able to bring a few other folks along. I'm preferring my lock these days over the above Druid. Off-hand I can think of a mage, a blood DK & a Healadin who might want to come along for the ride too.
So I have confirmed that I do indeed have a Blood DK, a Holy Pally & a Fire Mage on board for putting a 10m raid group together. Half way there! We're good on tanks (possibly the first time in over 5 years of raiding that tank isn't one of the positions we're scrambling to fill at the last minute!) Could use more heals & deeps peeps:
Tanks - Barbariccia, Tenthul
Healers - Lilaurenthys, ????, ????
DPS - Surreon, Uragoth, ????, ????, ????
