The only place to get Sands of Time are off a vendor in Uldum and a vendor in the Vale pf Eternal Blossoms. And they cost 2700g per. You're not going to find them for a cheaper price.

I have bought hundreds in the AH as well as trade chat for 1700 and even 1500 a couple of times. Some people buy it off the vendor and sometimes never use them and wanna sell for quick gold. Just letting Bloodhoof know ,im a buyer. You can C.O.D anytime to me..im very active and you will get quick response in gold.
