<Coterie of Ashes> looking for officers

(Sorry for the TLDR this makes me really nervous and I don't want any misunderstandings D:)
I'm gonna put it bluntly: the Coterie is largely inactive. When we were still Parallax in Cataclysm we had a solid base of active members, but around 4.2 we had a very sharp decrease in members and by 4.3 it was really quiet. Then MoP came and most of the people who quit the game during Cata came back for a bit. The officers I had through my time running this guild after taking it over are very wonderful people, but neither of them are very active, and I can't run this guild alone, especially since now it seems as though we're evolving into a two-halved guild, with a PVE and RP half. What we need to get back on track is, as far as I can tell, officers who will be active, invested in the guild, and ready to participate. Apathy has been one of our biggest enemies; it's hard to get excited about organizing guild events when you know the response will be lukewarm. We've had a rash of members who join the guild with me warning them that it's quiet and then leave because of the quietness. (That's not cool by the way guys) What sorta officers are we looking for? Like I said, we've started to evolve into two halves. Rather than pushing out all of our lovely PVE members, I'm going to embrace this. We need: 1 PVE officer 2 RP officers What will the responsibilities be? The PVE officer will be working on organizing PVE events like guild dungeon runs, scenarios, or maybe even a raid team, and helping our PVE-centered members. The RP officers will work on starting guild RP events and getting us involved with plots around the server, and of course helping our RP members. All officers and myself will work on the things that come with managing a guild, such as talking to new members, cleaning up the guild bank, managing the roster, and other such things. Wait but what do you do then you lazy butt I help with everything. Recruitment, organizing events, and, in some nasty cases, discipline. Luckily, I hardly ever have to "talk to" members and I've never once had to actually kick someone out of the guild. And on that note... I'm not looking for people to come in and try to change everything. CoA has been a very laid-back guild since its inception and always will be. We're focused on fun first, and we don't force people to go to events, participate in things they don't want to do, or have an activity requirement. If someone can only manage to log on every once in a while, that's fine. Our one rule is to not be a jerk, and the likelihood of me adding more rules beyond that is really really narrow. Mostly because it covers everything, like being inappropriate, which leads me into the next point" We're a bit of a "mature" guild. It's not uncommon for us to swear or make NSFW jokes in guild chat. If you can't handle that this guild is probably not for you. However, us being an NSFW guild isn't a free pass to being an absolute jerk. If someone is legitimately uncomfortable with what's being said, you will be asked to stop talking about it. You know, your rights end where mine begin, and stuff. You can talk about it when that person isn't around to hear it. (Though you should never ever ever !@#$ talk other members!!!!) I need to have some way to contact you. Please have an AIM, Steam, or Skype name, I need some way to reach you outside of the game. I don't want to invite just some random shmuck who applies to be an officer and promote them right away. You'll be at OOC or one of the IC ranks for a bit before I decide whether or not to promote you. Wait what about PVP We don't really PVP much within the guild so I'm not looking for a PVP officer, but you're welcome to try and convince me.
