Hello to all players, my name is Kalemas. I am the leader of Group 2 in Bloodscalp and we are currently looking for high end raiders who want to progress through content and have weekly progression each week.

Right now we are looking for multiple ranged dps including:

Elemental Shaman
Warlocks (prefer infliction)
Hunter
Boomkin
Priest (shadow with OS of heals)

We want our raiders to at least have 485 ivl is preferable. If your lower we will inspect and make our choices there.

We raid on Tues/Thurs from 6pm server to 10pm server with no exceptions. So be on time at least 15 mins prior to raid times.

We use a system called Mumble so be sure that when you join us you have that downloaded and ready to go. (http://wow-devastation.com/mumble for instructions follow these and you'll be gold)

If you have any questions or want to apply to the guild please fill out here:

Let me be clear though. We are a semi-hardcore guild SO:
-If you are a raider who does not use forums We dont' want you
-If you are a raider who does not gem/enchant/reforge properly-We don't want you
-If you are a raider who does not show up for raids on a regular basis-We don't want you
-If you are a person who does not speak in Mumble-We don't want you
-If you are a person who does not follow instructions/looks up our next fights-We don't want you

Spelling aside it looks like you all are setting yourselves up for success. One suggestion I would make is to post on the cross realm recruitment forums. Bloodscalp has a lot of talented players, but they are spread thin between a multitude of guilds and have a hard time moving on to something different.

You might find what you are looking for faster through those forums.

Scheut has a great point about the realm's talented players. It is really interesting looking through world of logs for bloodscalp. There are several players spread throughout our realm that post really good numbers and have managed to rank pretty decently, but seem to in many different guilds. I think we need to resurrect the pve progression forum that list active guilds, raid times, progression, etc. That might start helping guilds realize where we might be able to help each other out. I might try to make a post soon and try to get it stickied.
