Do we spend what we have now or keep them? Do CP's reset to zero for everyone?

What about HP's? Do we get to keep what we have or reset to zero?

We also wont be able to upgrade our armor and weps anymore. What about the people who already upgraded all their stuff? Wont they still have an advantage?

Will HP's be worthless to people already decked out? Will the 1800/2200 point system remain the same or will you now be able to get all 2200 in randoms?

Someone post the goodies please.
