Topic Gear gap needs to go.

The fact that a few win traded or whatever is not relevant to the discussion... most of us put many hours in to get our gear.
The reasons have been explained countless times. Bottom line is progression is the system and it has a lot more advantages than disadvantages compared to awful alternatives like gear normalization.
It's people expressing their opinions. Believe it or not Blizzard sometimes listens.... look at the changes in 5.2 as proof.
Run with guildies or a 5 man premade. Stick close to them.
Pinata you are reading way, way too far into it. I have spent countless hours and won countless matches to get my gear. Both can be easily quantified. Bringing win traders into the discussion is a red herring and nothing more.
If you have earned no gear, why should you have any? Wasn't that your point? If you haven't PvPed to earn gear you cam make or purchase the crafted set. Again this requires some level of effort, as you either have to get the mats or do something in game to get gold.
we should be able to q for a bg in 2 different ways, if you want to get owned because you have terrible gear/want to own because you spent your life on this game and have the best gear OR you can q for a bg and all gear is equal.
At least give us a way smaller gear gap and it might fix the problem. I was in a bg today and we were vastly out geared, but we won, because we had one hunter that owned everyone he shot at. He had I think 40 killing blows and the next on our team was like 5. there was him at the top, the blue guy, then a sea of red with high dmg but not even close to his, then all the allies again appearing at the bottom.
Like ...... WTF
How is this fun? our team was so tired of getting one shotted and I bet the horde felt the same. I don't get it. reward people with gear yes but don't turn them into twinks. Blizz did everything in their power to ruin the twink community but then they in turn made it very visible in end game.
