LF guild carry through 10 man normal or heroic vaults 2nd boss elegon. I want Starshatter. paying 7.5k and 500g per non-drop (for taking somebody's spot).

how it goes:

I come in for 2nd boss. If it drops, I pay, then loot. If not, I pay 500g and try again next time.
